- The pond is clean and suitable for both boating and swimming.
- Public Beach Access Point and Private Bay Side Association Beach: Just a five-minute walk from a public beach access point. For a more secluded experience, take a short walk to our private association beach, a peaceful and quiet spot to relax on the sand and enjoy the calm waters of Cape Cod Bay.
- Boat on Property: A boat (kayak/canoe) is provided for guest use on the pond.
- Umbrella and Beach chairs: Beach umbrellas and chairs are available for your trips to the beach.

- Pots, Pans, Baking: The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary pots, pans, baking bowls, glassware, and measuring items.
- Crockpot: A Crockpot is available for guest use.

- No Dishwasher: Please note the kitchen does not have a dishwasher.

- Optional Bedroom Linen Packages: For your convenience, we offer two fee-based linens packages.
- Master Bedroom Package: $75 (covers the King bed only)
- Full House Package: $150 (covers the King bed in the master and four twin beds)

- BONUS: Sheets are put on the beds for guests before they arrive!
- Every Stay Includes:

- No Washer and Dryer: The house does not have a washer or dryer. However, we provide a clothesline in a sunny spot and hooks on the house for managing towels.

- No Pets: We have a no-pet policy. Guest will forfeit security deposit of $500 if unauthorized pet has been at the property (this includes visiting pets).
