A large door opens directly to the backyard and pond, seamlessly blending indoor comfort with the beauty of nature just outside.

Step into our cheerful, custom-designed kitchen—the heart of the cottage. This space is a vibrant blend of character and comfort, featuring colorful cabinetry, vaulted pine ceilings, and a stunning brick accent wall. A unique hand-made tile mural by local artist Sara Holl adds a personal touch, while granite countertops and skylights fill the space with light. This space offers a seamless transition from the indoor dining area to the serene outdoors. MASTER BEDROOM
Thje quintessential room with a view, the master bedroom is your private sanctuary overlooking the peaceful waters of Cobbs Pond. This serene room features a comfortable king-sized bed and unique vaulted pine ceilings that create a spacious and airy feel. The large windows offer a picturesque view of the natural lawn and red cedar trees leading to the water, inviting the morning light and the calming sounds of nature. The main bathroom is a bright and charming space that reinforces the coastal ambiance of our Brewster cottage. The bathroom features a clean pedestal sink and a full porcelain bathtub with a shower. The tub surround is finished with classic subway tile and detailed with playful, custom nautical inspired tile accents, adding to the charming beach cottage aesthetic. With abundant natural light, it offers a refreshing and easily accessible space during your Cape Cod retreat.

The space features two comfortable twin beds with charming wood frames, set against warm wood-paneled walls that create a classic, rustic feel. The room features two comfortable twin beds and warm wood-paneled walls that create a welcoming, cabin-like atmosphere. With a window that looks out over the peaceful Cobb's Pond, it's the perfect spot for a tranquil night's sleep. This room is also conveniently located next to a half bath for easy access.
SECOND BATHROOM
The second bathroom offers a warm, classic cozy cottage Cape Cod aesthetic. With charming knotty pine paneling throughout, this space delivers rustic appeal and a sense of traditional New England simplicity.
