• Filtered water: A filtered water system is available for your convenience.
• Eco-friendly cleaning supplies: We provide a selection of eco-friendly cleaning supplies.
• Recycling: Recycling bins are available for plastic, glass, and paper.
• Reusable grocery totes: We provide reusable grocery bags to help you reduce plastic waste.
• Organic or Chemical-free lawns: The lawn is maintained using organic or chemical-free methods. 

• We are environmentally aware and do not use fertilizers or Roundup or chemical treatments on the property.

• A service comes on Fridays to pick up recycling- paper, glass, cans and plastic. 
• For guests who want the convenience of lightweight nonbreakable tablewares - addition to regular plates - we also have plastic beach cups, plastic plates and reusable forks and knives. 
• We added a Pure water filter pitcher for the fridge. We drink the Brewster water but want to help our guests to cut down on plastic bottled water purchases.
