- Peaceful Boating: Cobb's Pond is a quiet escape, restricted to 10 hp crafts and primarily used by kayaks and canoes. You can enter the pond directly from the backyard.
- Wildlife: The pond is a haven for birds, including blue herons, swans, osprey, and mallards. It's also a great spot for freshwater bass fishing.
Private Bay Side Beach Access
- Private Association Beach: A short 0.2-mile walk (1056 feet) takes you to our private association beach on Cape Cod Bay.
- Brewster Flats: At low tide, you can walk for miles on the Brewster Flats, the largest tidal flat area in North America, to explore tidal pools and unique rock formations.
- Beach Gear: The cottage rental comes with portable beach chairs and an umbrella.

- Recent Upgrades: The master bathroom has been remodeled, including a full-sized porcelain tub original to the house. Our linens, blankets, and comforters are washed per guest use.
